I think I could make more money by changing companies, based off job descriptions for my current role.

A more competitive salary will improve moral. TH1 is doing ok regarding employee value but can be great at it by considering competitive salaries for employees or contractors who have spent at least one year on with the team.

I think TheoremOne wisely uses lower-than-industry-average salaries to give potentially less reliable talent an opportunity, but doesn't follow up once they've proven themselves and raise salaries to proper levels.

Because of our unprocess process, we're constantly debating simple things. It gets very tiring. From code style to deployments to ticket management. It gets old. And there's high turnover, so none of it will solidify.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Truly remote-first mindset and goal-oriented culture. Results are what matter and no one is looking at when or how you do your job, as long as it's fine with you. I like that the culture is all about sharing and collaborating toward a common goal.
