Direct management did their best to retain quality employees. Upper management and HR could care less.

We work hard, we all like each other, we arent judgmental.
Hard workers that cared about their performance and deserved much higher compensation for their contributions to the company's profits.

We all work together. We all communicate well, and everyone respects each other. When it's time to take care of tasks as individuals, we rock that. And when it's time to do something as a team, we rock that too.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers know how to give constructive criticism without it hurting peoples feelings. We are all willing to grow and be good at our jobs. Coming to work feels like another family.
Comfortable with coworkers, funny and caring, always there to help you out with anything at work or in your home life.

Everything. Upbeat music playing, friendly and funny people of all different ages and nationalities, and everyone works hard.

It felt casual, and I was hired on the spot which made me feel good.

How friendly the HR guy was. He was kind and had good questions and actually listened when I answered. Still have a great relationship with him.

My favorite part is being friendly to customers, and putting a smile on their face.
The people and the environment
Getting customers what they need. When I get a smile from a customer, that's where I get job satisfaction.
Getting to focus on my tasks and knowing I'm good at what I do, even if it feels like I'm contributing to people being overcharged for basic necessities like food and toiletries.
