What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Going home every day. Not answering my phone on my days off.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Our training is a joke. We are given 6 weeks on 1 route that is typically super easy. Then thrown on the hardest routes with no support.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The hiring manager 9 years ago when I started was very candid about him going to my at the time employer and asking my team about me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Please see my previous answers. The management team here is a bunch of kids with little to no work experience and consistently lie, belittle, and talk poorly about other employees. There is no confidentiality between those in management positions and employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They are all liars who will manipulate you every chance they get. Promising extra days pay for a 6th day and never paying it out. Then saying we don't qualify for the extra day pay. They are not held accountable for anything they do or don't do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Since Covid-19 came to be we have been way over worked and given no timetable as to when we will be staffed. We have been cut product for about 4 months now making it nearly impossible to hit plan or work our mandatory 50 hours. Which by the way we get docked pay for not hitting.
