My supervisors are truly amazing! They treat eberyone with nothing but respect and appeciate all We do! They show interest in your concerns! We have a awesome crew at the East Plant! The only complaint i have is how scheduling and crewing office has on our employeement! They wont admit their errors!

Their amazing if crewing wasnt pointing everyone and making coworkers lose their jobs!! Weve lost alot of great employees! Stop crewing fron making their own rules we could still have these awesome employees!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes! And its not from my superiors on our shifts or other shifts! I feel crewing office can determine if you have iob security! They wont admit their errors instead they lie and point you every chance they can! So we lose our jobs! We cant fight even wheb were right because its a no win situation!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quit changing the work schedule every hour and allow crewing if they dont like someone they will do whatever they can to cause them points or be no calls for ddl points! If your forcing employees to Work overtime! It should be posted at the beginning of the shift the day before not every 5 mins
