They ripped us off during the pandemic I hit my best numbers and barely got paid for it. Vacations start on sunday and endon saturday so i didnt get one weekend off in the 3 years i worked there. I was there for 3 and a half years and was always the lowest seniority they couldnt retain anyone

Treat everyone equally the flaming hot cheeto movie showed how toxic the managemnt is. There hr is awful too
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Every time i went to work it was a maga rally the people were really confrontational and toxic i witnessed a couple fights. It was very high stress
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I barely got any time off and there wasnt really overtime i was working 80 hour weeks and they dont care if they burn you out the only things that matter is hitting your numbers
