Great pay, many benefits. Long hours not just one week, but forever. Don't have time to take advantage of the benefits, don't even know what they all are. Good future, if your body survives. They claim work/life balance, but I wish they wouldn't claim it as it never happens.
What are some of the best things about your team?
If you need help almost any team member will help whenever if they are at all able to. They actually care and ask about you when you are out or something is going on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good pay and benefits when you are able to take advantage of them. Great benefits for your future if you survive long enough to use them. We used to have a good mental health program, but now its gone and the new one is the pits, but many other good things. Shame most of the time you don't know.
