Its more phisical than most people think. The pay structure is terrible. They lie in the interview about the pay saying you can make a certain amount when you start working you dont make what they promise. Company make your weekly plan numbers high so you never hit really hit the number they expect

Put in a little more effort in their work. Perhaps do things the proper way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is the worse out of any company I worked for. Managers can never help you with any problems you come across.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Theres little positivity in the building, when you hear people talking its always a negative feed back about their route or something the company did.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Would be nice if they stopped lying to people about their pay. Be more honest on how much people really make working with the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You put in so much work and make the company so much money, and they dont do anything for you. Instead of a raise they constantly lower your pay. With the cost of living nowadays it would be nice to get a raise.
