
Most of our team would help you out in an instant. We usually don't have time, but when we do we help each other. Also during emergencies we do our best to help each other more.
Many are new so rating them is not a true rating until we see how they are towards us during problems, but so far they seem to listen. They kind of blew us off about shortages during Memorial Day though. So we will see as future issues arise.
My pay is 100% determined by how successful I am for my customers, their customers, and my company. As I am a person that likes to do well for others, this is self rewarding automatically. I am rewarded because I care about doing a great job for others.
That the interviewer put forward the negatives about the job as well as the positives in order for me to be certain that I was willing to have both if I accepted the job. Too many companies don't mention the negatives and later on you learn they aren't worth the job.
Probably the pension, as few companies even have a pension anymore. Pay has no cap if your performance is far over the expected, but it will catch up to you as well. Medical could be better, but is better than many other companies. Many discounts that employees can take advantage of.
Our company prides itself on inclusivity and so far I have not seen any of the force it down your throat things some companies have. Its more of a treat each other with mutual respect regardless of differences, rather than you have to agree with each other no matter what you actually believe.
