I work in corporate and the company flexibility related to both work hours and telework make working for FSA a huge bonus.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation seems to be based on popularity not just work product, volume of work and dedication to the company. Imbalance of bonus structures and annual raises.

Inequitable appreciation of the overall work product, knowledge and volume of work I complete vs others who are more highly compensated for less work, consistent inaccuracy of the work completed, and more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The "Other Duties As Assigned" is constantly used as a way to add additional responsibilities to the current position without consideration of the level of effort, additional hours of work and no compensation is give for the added workload/responsibilities.
