I believe my compensation package is comparable to the DMV area.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm allowed to do my work without tons of micro management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together as a team. Although our duties are independent based, we find a way to make things a team effort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One of the things I enjoy is the leadership team looks to team members for input and how to make FSA better within their departments and FSA overall.
