Being able to me my daily goals I set before I get to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you manage 15 and 20 people you should at least be paid the same or more then somebody that doesn't manage anybody. A manage is a different level and t=you need to wear many different hats.
