I've been here almost 13 years with FSA and have moved up through the ranks and gotten upgrades. I'm at the top now and have worked hard to get here. FSA was always willing to promote my upgrades whenever requested.

I've been here at FSA for 14 years and plan on working here for another 12. It's been a positive experience.

Not being bored and always having plenty of work.

Team Work is the most important, and our team works well together.

The medical insurance premiums are mostly paid by the company, so benefits are affordable.

They appreciate all the hard work that goes into doing out jobs and they thank us for our efforts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always there for their employees. I've been with FSA almost 13 years, and love working for this company!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the pay. What I earn as a contractor here in this area would be unheard of on the outside in the private sector.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work remotely really helps me be more productive. I seem to get more done working remotely than I do going into the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very caring individuals and they are always there if you need to approach them with an issue or problem, or just to talk. FSA is a great company to work for. I've been here 14 years.
