I love my job but downgrading my possession after turning down my other job offers, and less than a week before my start date was unprofessional.

It is truly a team atmosphere. We all work together for a common goal. We get frustrated together and celebrate together.

Everybody says, "Good morning"! We are all here to listen, help and encourage. Everyone has their own skills and experiences and they freely share them for the good of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
5 days before I started this job my position was downgraded. I have spoken with my predecessor and in the less-than-a-year I have been here, I have taken on more responsibility than she did. I have gone above and beyond and have shown myself to be valuable by problem solving and taking initiative.
