What are some of the best things about your team?

We are competent and get along well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Hybrid work schedule at FSA's HQ office where I work. Nice office space.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is no workplace mentoring at the HQ office. Managers and executives provide little training beyond the basics. There are no opportunities to enhance one's skills and no time to meet to collaborate and work on improving or changing our processes.

What makes you most happy at work?

The rare periods of time when our workflow at the HQ is more reasonable and I can better balance my work and my life at home. When supervisors respect my time, say thank you, and when they are responsive and consistently available during business hours to provide support.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel I am underpaid for the quality of work I provide for the HQ. My supervisors don't say "thank you, well done" very often. We all need a little recognition from time to time. Monthly customer success bonus structure for all HQ employees would be great and help with employee retention.
