I love my job but I do not think the pay and benefits are worth it. I actively look elsewhere for jobs that pay more with better benefits. I am only staying at this job to gain experience for future jobs. I do not think this is a good company to stay long term unless you are in a corporate role.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Office morale is fantastic and I look forward to interacting with my coworkers daily. It is a really fun environment to work in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along great together, help each other out at work, and are always looking out for each other. We all have the best interest for each other at heart. It is a fantastic team to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is a very low amount for the work that we are exposed to. The vacation time is not a lot and the sick leave is barely over a week. The 401k benefits are terrible and it's not a great job if you are single and trying to pay all of your bills. It is very challenging to make ends meet with this pay.
