Everyone who I have interacted with is very personable.

The personal treatment given by the leadership team is top notch.
What makes you most happy at work?
The day to day interactions with my coworkers as well as witnesses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am treated as equally and not as a contractor. I am part of the USAO family.

They really make you feel like they care about you as a person and an not just an employee.

The work itself is very satisfying as well as having a good working relationship with all of my coworkers.

I always get positive re-enforcement and compliments for a job well done. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

We are just 3 in our unit and we work as well together as a team than anybody I have ever worked with.

The insurance coverage offered for the price it is offered. It is comparable to some of the best plans out there in the workforce.
