I believe we are a very diverse company, and everyone is treated with respect. Work-life balance is important, and the company makes every effort to ensure the employees take care of themselves.

I feel very fulfilled and appreciated. We are a very busy company, but the stress level is not too high because the company tries very hard to ensure employees' needs are met, career wise and personally.

Employees are always treated with respect and their opinions are valued, regardless of position, race, gender, age etc. I think that the leadership team is made up of a diverse group and that reflects our company as a whole. We all work hard, and you feel like you are part of one big team.

It is fantastic to work with them. We all help each other out when needed, we recognize each other's strengths weaknesses and discuss it freely so we can work together to achieve the best results. I truly appreciate it that there is no "mind games" or jealousy. The best team I have ever been on!
What makes you most happy at work?
It's a good pace that keeps me busy but not stressed. I really enjoy the work I do so the day goes by quickly. The company I worked for before was very stressful, and I am most happy that FSA does not foster a culture of stress and anxiety. They let you work autonomously and do not micromanage.
