Finishing a complex project. Getting to work on a variety of tasks. Getting recognition for hard work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not having to use one's own leave time when there is an office closure. More paid time off. A designated parental leave policy separate from short-term disability.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think compensation is low for the position requirements, my experience level, and the cost of living. I would feel better about compensation if my benefits were better and work schedule was more flexible. For example, if I had more paid time off, or if I had the option to telework more days.
