What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the compensation, but the benefits are generous and affordable!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, my FSA team is very positive and helpful. My customer team is strong and we work well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor and his team are responsive to questions, understanding when customer demands prevent prompt responses to leadership requests. Very helpful and quick to resolve administrative issues (time, travel, benefits, etc.).
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the job that I do, and I am so blessed to be in the position that I am in with FSA. I like working for FSA in a federal environment.
