Lots of great people across the teams.

In my experience the executive team cares for my wellbeing as an employee and as a person.

When I am able to complete my work in a timely manner and interact with on projects.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My peers have a great drive when it comes to problem solving and completing tasks in a timely manner.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My peers and upper management do a great job with planning and making sure there is a clear understanding with projects and goals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do feel valued by my peers and dept managers, however there should be goals that a manager needs to meet in training their employees to have better knowledge and feel more impowered.
