Overall it is a very professional group of individuals I work with that have a common goal. We do serious work but have a positive experience doing it. We work many different types of cases which also keeps the job interesting.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am overall pleased with my position with FSA. I feel the salary is very reasonable, my supervisor provides the oversight that is needed while at the same time I feel they are comfortable to trust I will do a good job for the company. I believe FSA strives to provide a positive work experience.

I feel the salary is very competitive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Goal oriented and our civil team gets along very well.

My compensation appears to be at or above that of a federal employee in my position.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the diversity of my position. I also like being busy and always having something to do. Having good co-workers is certainly a bonus!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel that everyone works towards a common goal and no one hesitates to offer assistance when needed. Questions are answered quickly which is very much appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being part of a team with a common goal and being able to bounce ideas off one another. My direct supervisor also routinely shows his appreciation to everyone on the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very personable when I reach out to them or them to me. They never seem rushed to get off the phone, I feel like if I had questions to ask, they would be answered completely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working together for a common goal, we all share personal issues with each other. Everyone seems eager to help each other. Working with the co-workers I have makes the time at work enjoyable. Not much drama.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
2I feel that employees are kept up to date on goals, achievements and changes within the organization. It seems that changes are explained prior to them taking place. FSA continuously offers options to explore in and out of the agency.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work with a very good group of people. It's like an office family, not perfect but no family is. We all know each other very well and share personal information daily. Achieving case closures with high dollar settlements also gives a sense of accomplishment.
