The most positive would be the coworkers. I like my coworkers so far.

I believe that a happy work environment consist of flexibility, understanding, support, and appreciation.

I believe that they should be more open and flexible to pay increase negotiations before coming onboard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my coworkers are the willingness to help and the support I receive from them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the pay and benefits could be better. In any job one should supplement the other whether that be better benefits but okay pay or vise versa but I feel that here both (benefits and pay) are just okay.
