Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm almost 2 years in the company and the new hires will be paid the same salary as me. I don't think this is fair as I have more experience and expertise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a graduate certificate (and other coworkers have other degrees and education) and I think we're not paid fairly, especially with the amount of responsibilities and also the cost of living is very high. We should be paid accordingly for our experience and education.
