I like that they are always available and assist in any and all issues.

Just because I don't believe I am being paid fairly doesn't mean I feel undervalued.

Everyone is always available to help and no job is to small or big for any level.

I do not feel undervalued, I just feel that FSA doesn't have the funding to pay more
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show an interest in you as a person and it doesn't matter if they are the president or not, they will help you get the job done even if it's just data entry.
