Considering the current economic conditions, there is room for more compensation to the employees.

Management cares about the employees and looks out for us. Management creates a positive environment and encourages employees to learn more about Asset Forfeiture in order to improve our skill sets.
We care about each other and look out for each other's welfare. We try to have our bases covered when one member is out, so that we can continue to perform our duties.
friendly, helpful, walk you thru tasks that are new to me. They make me feel that they want me to succeed. When employees all do their part, it makes the team look good as a whole.
At my work location, it feels like a team effort. If one person is focused on something else, others will come in to help pick up the slack. It's nice to feel like I'm part of a team.
