Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I recently got my 90-day performance evaluation and I feel like my work was not reflected on my eval due to the fact that my "government supervisor" does not work directly with me or see me on a day to day basis. I have brought this up to my FSA supervisor and no changes has been done.
