I'm grateful to have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding job with a very good employer. The company supervisor is one of the best I've had in all my years in the workforce. My government co-workers are also great people to work with.

The company is excellent. Currently, I have a fantastic supervisor who is very honest and responsive. My customer is great and I feel they appreciate my work and, by extension, our company.

Open communication on changes and policies.

Knowing that I make a big difference in how the work proceeds.

Together with the GS employees, we work well toward the same goals. GS supervisors are also very good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Probably the best supervisors I've ever had in any job. She is very keen on leadership and it shows.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear communications from the upper level for important issues. A great supervisor that also communicates company policies and procedures in a timely manner and is always available.
What makes you most happy at work?
The contributions I make that lead to a resolution of our cases. The key role I play in coordinating with our federal law enforcement partners to keep investigations moving forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For a company with a mostly remote work force, I think it does a pretty good job of doing personal things like wellness and fitness challenges and pushing out information in general.
