What makes you most happy at work?

I am most happy about the client work colleague comraderie.

What are some of the best things about your team?

To be clear, my team is my client, the US Attorney's office. There are a couple other contractors here, but mostly not FSA people. This office is family. I love these people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Since COVID, the draconian in office rules have lifted and I'm happy to work with my client on work from home and in office flexibility to base success on work product, not on hours in office.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel under valued because FSA refuses to be honest about what it charges the client for my work. The decrease in health insurance benefits and increase in premium while sending out "wellness" boxes of junk is insulting.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency is needed about what the value/salary worth of the employee is. This company needs less middle management and needs to invest more heavily in the front line workers. Frustrating expense of health care benefits and failure to meaningfully match retirement contributions in past and curren
