I'm satisfied overall. I would like to see the leave benefits closer to that of the Federal leave benefit. I do not agree with the Government's Covid vaccine mandate. While I understand FSA's position in maintaining government contacts, they did not support those who chose not to be vaccinated.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've been in this position five years and have no complaints. I like the work and I'm fairly compensated but the pay/leave could be better compared to other contractors and our government counterparts...but I'm also glad I have a job!

Everyone works hard and are generally nice.

Overall, they seem to support employees.

Most everyone works hard and wants the office to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give me autonomy to do my job and have been supportive when needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is great to work with as is most of the office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid fairly, but other contractors doing my type of work are paid more. I recently turned down a position with anther contract company because I like the work/supervisor in my current position. That said, definitely need contract/pay increases to keep up with rising costs.
