I really like my manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regular raises or bonuses based on performance, a cost-of-living adjustment, and a better 401(k) match program.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's no COLA, much less merit increase, despite 4-5-star reviews, and the 401(k) match is practically non-existent.
