The work is fine, lack of pay adjustments and being caught in the middle of office politics is the worst thing.

Overall its okay. Its a job it helps me provide for my family.

My co-workers are generally nice and cooperative.

They are all good people and good workers.

Training and promoting from within.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The normal workers are all pretty decent people. Mostly nice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It always can be more; I don't feel like we are supported at times.

Promotion potential, it feels like there is nowhere else to go but my current position.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay, but I do not come to work for the culture I come to work because it is necessary to provide a nice life for my family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing, I just want to do my job well and be efficient at work. Also to have the tools that I need to be successful in my position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being micromanaged and not listened to. The company expects you to go out of your way to satisfy the customer while not using common sense of how things work in a particular section.
