I have been with FSA since the first day of them getting the first contract, so I have firsthand knowledge of how much they have improved. There is a night and day difference from then until now. The biggest improvement came after George Mendiola became president of the company; game changer!!

I have been an FSA employee since their beginning & the have developed ibyo a great company. I am hopeful they will win the next forfeiture contract so things can continue as normal.

I only take dental and vision, but I think the cost is very good, and the coverage is excellent.

They seem to like their job & strive to have a good work product; they listen to directions & take constructive criticism well.

The leadership treats everyone like they're part of the family. It makes no difference if you're a contractor or a government worker.

They are professional but also personal. They make me feel like my small part in the entire operation is important, thus giving me a sense of worth and importance.

I love the work and knowing that what I'm doing serves a purpose. I feel like what I am doing every day is in some way, making a difference in my community. I have wonderful co-workers which I enjoy seeing each day.
