We work together as a team. If one needs help, all of us will step up to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to have raises. To continuously go year after year without an increase is just ridiculous! When the cost of living has increase so much, that it makes it hard to provide for our families. I am vested in FSA but it makes it hard to stay if there isn't some type of merit raise every year.
