Everyone strives toward the same goal. We help each other out. A lot of team building.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When getting promoted, we do not receive the across the board bump in pay. We are still working as hard as the others, and deserve the same bump rate. It's like getting penalized for getting promoted. There should be more than one bonus awarded at a time. We all have times going above and beyond
