Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. However, there is much room for improvement. In my opinion, benefits are one of the largest incentives (regularly scheduled pay increases, paid time off, parental leave, healthcare, etc.)

Overall, it's a great company. They seem to genuinely care about the well-being of their employees. I have reached out to Benefits previously regarding additional health benefits, and they have acknowledged my concern(s).

Everyone is a team member and works well together.

I love my job role. I love investigating and digging.

The opportunities to enroll in various programs, including health and wellness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The comradery. Everyone is helpful and willing to work well together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are empathetic towards each other due to our contractor statuses. We relate towards each other, making it a very friendly environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm good at my job and that is a satisfying feeling. I enjoy the challenges and new obstacles that come my way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The sense of comradery and understanding. When I first started with FSA, I was planning my wedding at the beginning of COVID and our wedding plans changes last minute. FSA worked with me to ensure my needs were met to accommodate our wedding changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our last set of raises did not help with the economic changes. It was incredibly low and I almost wanted to reject the "raise." Our benefits should be much more generous, as well (paid parental leave, more healthcare options, increased time off, regularly scheduled pay increases).
