Everyone cares about each other and supports each other. We really feel like a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about their employees. Learning opportunities are frequent and they give challenging work. Directives are clear and collaboration is always a part of problem solving.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly. It's probably an odd thing to say but it's nice to work for a company that values you taking your PTO time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone cares about their coworkers. There are also a lot of opportunities for continued learning. The company is investing in their employees and wants them to succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like my job. The work I do is always a little different everyday. No two cases are the same. I like learning new things and problem solving. I also like my coworkers.
