Overall, positive. I think compensation should be increased, but otherwise, I have no major complaints about FSA.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The staff in my office are friendly, funny, and have been very welcoming.

What makes you most happy at work?

I appreciate that my work feels meaningful as I help to support a federal law enforcement mission.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing is wrong, per se. I just see work as a task to complete rather than something to be excited about.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are just very friendly and easy to work with. I have enjoyed getting to know them and working with them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that FSA should have greater opportunities to earn and retain merit-based pay raises that build over time rather than resetting every year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that pay needs to be increased in order to keep talented and experienced staff. I know from my own experience and speaking with colleagues that staying in this position long term does not seem tenable for us given rising costs of living unless there is a significant increase in compensation.
