This company doesn't seem to care about anything but the bottom line and getting more money in the pockets of upper management. They have little understanding if any of what their employees actually do from day to day and what we have to deal with. It is very sad.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I need assistance, they seem to be fairly responsive
What makes you most happy at work?
there is really nothing that makes me happy at work. I really don't like the job and I feel like I am wasting my time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to understand the job that needs to be done and we all share the same attitude. I can trust them all and they do a fantastic job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better training, more interaction with employees from upper management to understand exactly what we do on a daily basis. Better pay and benefits with incentives to WANT to do a good job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the company doesn't really know what I do and they are not interested in anything unless there is a problem. I am not compensated fairly for where I live and neither is any of my employees. Yearly pay raises would be outstanding.
