I have been here over 7 years and the only raise i have received is from the AWDs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you get all 4s or even 5s on your evaluation every year i believe a raise should be involved

I feel as though I am doing 3/4 the work but my counterpart is making the same dollar amount as me.
