It's been mostly a very positive experience until the as of later years no raise issue.

We all get along well and are willing to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are all really good people. The environment is good as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the 2 days at home, 3 days in the office. It works perfectly for me and others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because it's been 10 years since we have received a significant raise of any kind. We have been provided with some bonuses but that only goes so far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My regional team is great. I don't honestly know much about the upper leadership. They seem to care, but I have been here 20 years and in the last 10 we have not received a raise. Prices of everything keep going up and here we are.
