Enjoy working for the customer, I feel compensation is an issue. Also FSA needs to be more proactive in advertising and identifying and locating new employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a cap on your salary, little room for mobility. Remove the cap and base your salary on your experience and work performance
