Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have never felt as secure and comfortable, yet challenged and rewarded, as I do at FSA. The workload is appropriately challenging for one person without being overwhelming. It makes for productive days without falling behind or being overly stressed.

I appreciate the higher-value salary FSA offers, knowing that raises are unfortunately not always possible under the contract model.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of USAO/FSA is very hard-working, respectful and kind. Everyone treats each other with the respect of the difficult positions we hold.
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate being able to jump in and solve problems for AUSAs quickly. They are always super appreciative and it makes me feel like I am taking a weight off their shoulders.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no feeling of persecution or micromanagement that can happen at other government contract companies I have been part of. We are trusted to do our jobs well and allowed to flourish without being micromanaged.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest at work when I successfully complete a project for an AUSA because I can always tell they are very grateful for the assist. I like building a reliable reputation for fast and thorough service.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team trusts us to build meaningful relationships with agency clients and allows us to do so without interference; I have had contract jobs in the past where the contract company was "helicoptering" contract staff and micromanaging relations w/ agency clients to mutual detriment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of USAO and FSA in their management of me makes me feel safe and supported because there is no micromanagement. This job has actually allowed me to heal from prior traumatic jobs where every little thing I did was scrutinized and picked apart.
