Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to the fact that I haven't received an AWD in more than ten years, probably a lot more and have only received very minimal increases that don't match the cost of living. Also, there have been unfair work-related issues that I need to be addressed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I don't feel appreciated, and feel that I've been labeled based on biases. I definitely haven't been treated fairly in my office and I have dealt with it for a very long time. I requested a meeting once but was ignored. Haven't pushed the issue for several reasons, mainly retaliation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There are several areas. Mainly, they should make sure that all the trainings that we are made to take are actually being enforced. There needs to be a better system of monitoring people as far as tracking time and leave on a daily basis. Employees need to feel as if they matter.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It is not so much the co-workers, but just the unfairness of the overall environment that has caused me to be very unhappy and I'd rather just keep to myself. So, there is really nothing that I can suggest that they improve. I can't fault them for taking advantage of the privileges that they have.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What I find most positive is my interactions is with people outside of my unit. It is helpful, knowing that they can come to me and expect me to provide what it is that they need or to at least follow up with a response, because it gives me since of purpose in the office and not just a seat filler.
