Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay structure does not provide adequate compensation for above-average or higher job performance or inflation compared to market place.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are available to the employee to voice an opinion on different matters that are raised to the management group.

The management team has always tried to assist me with meeting all the work requirements, and they have been there to assist with all tasks involved in your contract employment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the initial opportunity to reach a higher pay salary is not available under a 5 or 7 year contract. When you reach near FSA's max pay number there is no real pay structure in place to achieve another salary level for outstanding performance when confirmed by your Contract employer.
