I enjoy the work that I do and appreciated given the opportunity to perform my work. My supervisor is great along with the support staff. I feel that there is not enough of vacation time given to employees and it should be increased.

Overall I have had a good experience with FSA. I wish they had better vacation time off and better pay.

I would like additional leave. I worked for other companies and received higher pay and more vacations time. When accepting the position, nothing was negotiable.
