High pay per hour and pay for time on the job and the load standard.

Health Insurance that they work hard to provide it low cost to us. Yet good insurance.

Our rate of pay is low for today's market. There is no increase in pay for staying.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am the only FSA person in my office. When I get to work, I am most happy to see the government employees we work for. We work well together, and they value me.
