Some flexibility. Allowing telework for contractors during inclement weather.

Being productive. Doing good work. Earning my paycheck.

I believe President Mendiola is a caring individual who is trying to make improvements for employees' work life.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What perks? Please make the perks known. Paying more for benefits with less coverage. The new PE method is not positive or constructive. Compensation does not match years invested and cost of living.
