The work is important, the pay is mediocre, the challenge is excellent and the people take advantage of any chance they can to slack off. It is discouraging to have to work with some of the staff.

They need to have a better moral compass and more ethical behaviours.

Having the opportunity to do a good job and working with the individuals that I respect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is incredible. She models behavior that is easy to follow. She is ethical and mission-driven but keeps a human touch. I stay and work with this employer because of the quality of her leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The leave that is granted is uber low. The other benefits are good but the fact that we have such little leave accrual is very discouraging. There is little opportunity to really rest and recuperate from the crushing workloads.
