Very helpful and friendly. Everyone seems to be a subject matter expert in their field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you work over 80 hours in a paid period, they tell you to log off early on Fridays. Great work life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy willing to listen and adopt and change when a process could be updated. Leadership is looking to advance career with paid training sessions and professional development.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I asked a lot of question and asked for a follow up interview to make sure I understood the role and they were patient and understanding in the fact that I also want to make sure this was a good fit.
