I love the work, the tasks and responsibilities. I struggle with the attitude of co-workers that seem to only show up for the paycheck. I also struggle with a manager that doesn't communicate with the team, doesn't provide adequate training, and doesn't really seem to care about me as a person.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health coverage is affordable for me and my family compared to other companies/organizations. The amount of paid holidays.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to successfully accomplish tasks for the customer, knowing that I am helping and not hindering their workload.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with the customer - being able to complete tasks and projects to assist in making their workload a little lighter.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Increase work ethic and take pride in a job well done - not just "do enough to get by" which is the mentality of several.
